Are you willing to put in the time and effort? Are you willing to do what it takes to get you moving forward and work with some of the best athletes and coaches in the Competitive Crossfit community? If you’re ready to put in the work, this is for you.
Deka Comps Competition program is designed by 6x Crossfit Games competitor Michele Letendre and the same team who brought multiple athletes to the CrossFit Games every year since 2017.

5 training days/week (M,T,W,F,S)
1-2 sessions/day

Who is this for?
Competitive athletes
Advanced athletes with all required skills for elite competition (RMU, HSPU, HS walk, etc)

Are you willing to push yourself to your limits with the time you have? If you’ve got a career and/or family but you can’t get away from competition, this program is for you.
We take the 4 priority sections from the Competition program to make sure you get the most bang for your training time.
60-90 minutes sessions to keep you in good competitive shape without taking away all your precious free time.
